This Cookie Policy explains how ClimateSpan Initiative uses cookies and similar storage technologies on this website, and the choices you have.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner about how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
This site is intentionally light on cookies. We currently use:
- Strictly necessary cookies. Set by our newsletter provider (Mailchimp) when you submit the signup form, to manage the subscription flow.
- Font hosting. Google Fonts may set cookies for caching/performance when serving the typefaces this site uses.
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party behavioural tracking.
3. Local storage
Some features of the site may use your browser’s local storage to remember small preferences (e.g. last-viewed insights filter). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Managing cookies
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a site sets one. Doing so will not prevent you from reading this site, but the newsletter signup may not function correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change which cookies are used, this page will be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top.
6. Contact
