We only collect information you actively provide:
- Contact form submissions. Name, email, phone number (optional), subject, and message content.
- Newsletter signups. Email address only.
- Server access logs. Standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
We do not use behavioural tracking, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form.
- To deliver newsletter content you have explicitly subscribed to.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Where your information lives
Contact form submissions are delivered to our institutional inbox and retained for the period necessary to respond and follow up.
Newsletter subscriptions are managed through a third-party email service provider (currently Mailchimp). Your email address is stored on their servers under their own privacy framework. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter we send.
4. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccuracies in that information.
- Ask us to delete your information from our records.
- Withdraw consent for any processing we are doing based on consent.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect information in transit (TLS encryption) and at rest. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected such information in error, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
